U may recognize that ur system gets slower and slower when playing and working a lot with ur pc. That's cause ur RAM is full of remaining progress pieces u do not need any more.
So create a new text file on ur desktop and call it .. "RAMcleaner" or something...
Type
FreeMem=Space(256000000)
in this file and save it as RAMcleaner.vbs [ You may choose the "All Files" option when u save it ]
Run the file and ur RAM may be cleaned :>
Of course u can edit the code in the file for a greater "cleaning-progress".
FreeMem=Space(5120000000)
just try it out..

Well can we know that for all types of RAM's this address that is given 256 .. 512 .. will be same.Or that chnges on type,capacity and PC ??

Yes for all types of RAM's this address will will be same.It doesn't matter on TYPE,CAPACITY or any particular PC.
No, there will be no damage on RAM, because this technique is not something which is not valid or unauthenticated, it is the basic thing!!
